Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate, a flat rate or a contingent fee. In all cases, detailed logs are maintained to identify the activity and time devoted to your case. In cases where a contingent fee is applicable, our attorney's fee is based upon an agreed percentage of the amount recovered. In cases where an hourly rate is applicable, we will outline a case strategy, and exercise our best efforts to execute that strategy in the most cost-effective manner possible under the circumstances. In cases where services are to be provided on an hourly basis, a retainer fee shall be required at the time we are hired. A retainer fee shall also be required in cases where a flat-fee is applicable, except for real estate transactions where payment shall be due at the time of closing. In all practice areas, we embrace a client-centered approach, and are ready to discuss any issues that arise regarding the progress and costs related to any case.
